In our coaching experiences, your senior will learn how to take their Christianity into the world without compromising their principles. They’ll learn how to kindly and graciously interact with their Christianity intact. With a group of peers, students will be learning about how their unique leadership talents, experiences, and skills align with who they’d like to be as Christian leaders.
All of this facilitated and mentored by IF certified POP Leadership Coach and former middle/high school teacher, Jennifer Welter. Group coaching provides an affordable method for growing your student’s leadership as a believer through a customized and interactive experience.
Leadership group coaching increases confidence and your senior’s ability to take action as they go out into their spheres of influence. All while becoming part of a tight knit community of like minded people who will support each other into the future.
What’s Included?
- 90 minute group coaching sessions twice per month for a total of 6 sessions.
- Online and possible in person based on group member’s locations.
- 12th grade students only.
